The Kuwait National Radio Observatory (KNRO) operating under the Kuwait Science Club needed a headquarter center for its radio observatory. Housed in an existing small single-storey building which used to be the Science Clubs' library, the center will contain staff offices for observatory command and equipment stations. In addition, the center will house a visitor center for the public beginning with a reception space that overlooks the staff offices which then leads to an exhibition on "Radio Observation" and then onto a multi-purpose class room.
